1. Subscription Activation
A subscription becomes active after the selected plan and payment proof are reviewed and approved by admin. Until approval, the payment may show as pending and paid features may remain locked.
2. Plan Features and Limits
Each plan may include different limits for paper creation, downloads, saved papers, templates, question bank access, institution users, staff control, AI tools, support, and other premium features.
- Plan features may vary by package, offer, institution agreement, or admin approval.
- Usage limits may reset monthly, yearly, or according to the selected plan duration.
- Free or trial accounts may have restricted access.
3. Expiry and Restricted Access
When a subscription expires, users may still be able to log in and view limited account information, but paid actions such as creating new papers, downloading, printing, premium templates, AI tools, or institution features may be restricted.
4. Renewals
Users can renew by submitting payment proof for the selected plan. Renewal access starts after admin approval. Renewal may extend the existing expiry date or start from the date approved, depending on the plan and admin decision.
5. Upgrades
Users may request an upgrade to a higher plan. Admin may adjust remaining duration, charge the difference, or create a new subscription period based on the current offer and account usage.
6. Downgrades
Downgrades may take effect after the current plan expires or after manual admin adjustment. Some features, limits, users, templates, or AI access may be reduced after downgrade.
7. Failed, Rejected, or Pending Payments
If payment proof is rejected, unverifiable, incomplete, duplicated, or mismatched, subscription access may not be activated. Users may be asked to submit correct proof or contact support.
8. Account Sharing
Subscriptions are for the approved user, teacher, or institution account. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or multi-user access outside the plan may result in restriction or suspension.
9. Data After Expiry
Saved papers, account records, payment history, and institution data may remain available for a limited time, subject to storage, backup, security, retention, and admin policies.
10. Changes to Plans
We may update plan pricing, features, limits, offers, and subscription rules. Changes do not automatically reduce an already approved plan unless required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
