These terms explain account responsibility, subscriptions, acceptable use, academic content rules, AI-assisted features, payments, and platform limitations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, subscribing, paying, or using Easy Papermaker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy.

2. Who May Use the Platform

The platform is designed for teachers, schools, academies, colleges, coaching centers, staff members, and institutions that need to create, manage, print, or download exam papers and academic material.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
  • You must provide accurate registration, institution, and payment information.
  • You must not share paid access outside your approved plan, institution, or staff permissions.
  • You must immediately contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to:

  • Submit fake payment proof, false identity details, or misleading institution information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to admin, staff, teacher, institution, or database areas.
  • Upload harmful files, scripts, malware, illegal content, or files that violate another person's rights.
  • Copy, resell, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the platform without permission.
  • Use generated content for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Academic Content and AI Output

Easy Papermaker helps create academic material, but teachers and institutions remain responsible for reviewing paper patterns, marks, answers, formatting, AI-assisted content, and final exam suitability before use.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid access depends on selected plan, payment approval, plan limits, expiry date, and user role. Manual payments are subject to admin verification. Details are explained in the Refund Policy and Subscription Policy.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, false payment proof, unauthorized sharing, security abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available, secure, and fast, but downtime may occur due to hosting, maintenance, internet issues, upgrades, backups, third-party services, or unexpected technical problems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Easy Papermaker is provided as an educational productivity platform. We are not responsible for academic decisions, exam outcomes, printing issues, device problems, internet failures, user mistakes, or unreviewed AI-generated output.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms when features, payment methods, policies, security practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
